Should Christians support mandatory vaccination programs?

The Bible does not directly address modern vaccination, but it provides two critical, sometimes competing, principles for Christians to evaluate mandatory programs: stewardship of public health and freedom of conscience. Christians are commanded to love their neighbors and seek the well-being of their communities (Romans 13:1-7; Mark 12:31), which often supports measures that protect the vulnerable.
