A Prayer for help
Dear Heavenly Father,
In moments when I feel desperate and in deep need, I come right before you seeking your help. You are my safe place and my strength, always ready to come to my side when I call on you.
Please give me the courage to admit when I need assistance, and the humility to ask for help from others when necessary. Help me see my own limitations and learn to rely completely on your strength to overcome them.
Guide me to seek help from sources that are wise and trustworthy, and help me to choose the best path in every situation. May I be open to receiving the help you send through other people, and may I be ready to offer help to those who need it, too.
Thank you, Father, for your promise to never leave me or abandon me. May I always turn to you first when I am in trouble, knowing that you are ready and willing to help me in my time of need.
