A Prayer for peace
Dear Heavenly Father,
God, in a world full of chaos and uncertainty, I come before you seeking peace.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference between the two.
Help me to find peace within myself, even when the storms of life are raging. May your presence be my safe place and my strength—a constant source of calm in the middle of all the turmoil.
Guide me on the right paths, and lead me toward reconciliation and understanding with other people. Help me to be an instrument of your peace, spreading love and compassion wherever I go.
Grant your peace to those who are suffering from conflict, illness, or loss. Comfort them with your presence and surround them with your love, bringing healing and restoration to their lives.
Thank you, Father, for the promise of peace you offer to everyone who seeks you. May your peace, which is beyond all understanding, guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, now and always.
